Breckenridge Ski Resort kicks off the summer season with the opening of Epic Discovery on Friday, June 14, offering scenic, family-friendly and thrill-seeking outdoor activities for guests to explore and enjoy. This weekend summer on-mountain adventures start at Peak 8 Base Camp offering a hub of family-friendly activities for all, accessible via the free BreckConnect Gondola from Town. All activities at Peak 8 Base Camp are set to open on Friday, including the Alpine Slides and Gold Runner Coaster.

Breckenridge Ski Resort Announces Second Act of Spring Finale, Extending the Season until June 9 for Two Additional Weekends of Skiing and Riding

After a record-breaking winter season and an abundance of spring snowfall, Breckenridge Ski Resort announced today plans to extend the 2018-19 ski and snowboard season for two additional weekends beyond Memorial Day. The resort will remain open daily through Memorial Day, May 27 as planned, and then will shift to a weekend schedule, offering skiing and riding on Saturdays and Sundays June 1-2 and June 8-9, weather and conditions permitting.

The River Course at Keystone Resort will open with 18 holes on Friday, May 17, while Breckenridge Ski Resort is open daily for skiing and riding through Monday, May 27, as weather and conditions permit. Vail Resorts Announces 2019-20 Pass Partner Change and New Keystone Plus Pass

Vail Resorts announced today that the Company’s pass partnership with Arapahoe Basin will end after the 2018-19 ski season. A new season pass, the Keystone Plus Pass, will replace the Keystone A-Basin Pass for the 2019-20 season and will include 10 buddy tickets for any passes purchased before the April deadline.

Breckenridge Ski Resort Announces Plans to Regularly Extend Winter Seasons through Memorial Day, Beginning this Spring

After a record-breaking start to the winter season, Breckenridge Ski Resort announced today plans to extend the 2018-19 ski and snowboard season into May, for the first time since the mid-‘90s. The resort will aim to remain open through Memorial Day this season as well as for future seasons, weather and conditions permitting. Paired with Keystone’s recently announced capital improvement proposal—subject to U.S. Forest Service approval—to upgrade snowmaking and help position the resort to be the first to open in Colorado, together Breck and Keystone will offer one of the longest ski and snowboard seasons in the country moving forward.
